Abstract

결론
저자들은 광주광역시에 거주하는 만 3∼6세의 순수유치열기 아동 200명(남아 100명, 여아
100명)을 대상으로 유치열의 교합양상과 측모형태를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 제 2유구치 전후방 관계에 있어서는 Class 3 pattern(48%)과 Class 1 pattern(47.5%)이
가장 빈발하였다.
2. 측모형태는 straight한 profile(57%)이 가장 빈발하였다.
3. 유구치 교합관계와 측모형태를 비교하였을 때, Class 1 pattern이면서 straight progile
을 갖는 경우 (남아 31, 여아 32)가 가장 많았다.

The occlusal patterns and profiles of the primary dentition were studied by oral
examination from 3 to 6 year-old children (100 boys, 100 girls) in Kwangju city.
The results were as follows :
1. In sagittal primary second molar relationship, menial step(48%) and flush terminal
plane relationship (47.5%) were prevalent.
2. In profile view, straight profile (57%) was prevalent.
3. In comparison of relationship between primary second molar relationship and profile,
Class 1 pattern-straight profile (31 boys, 32 girls) was prevalent.
